Print-on-Demand Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for print-on-demand items unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
In-Store Purchases: Items purchased at our Caldwell store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt. For more details, see our Return Policy.
